This can be a very frustrating experience especially if it results in time off from what you love and want to do. Our goal is to get you back to your sport as quickly as possible, ensuring that this is done safely and that you have regained full strength. We want to be sure to prevent any future injuries.
We have outlined the common foot and ankle problems, but there are other conditions that may not be listed.
